			When I was about seven, my Mom signed me up for some art classes with a local woman.  This is a picture I did of a fellow classmate during a fieldtrip down to the bay.  No, he's not being attacked by an unusually large praying mantis; that's my attempt at depicting a stalk of milkweed. The teacher seemed very impressed that I drew a picture of my friend's picture in my picture, which just shows how easy it is to impress art teachers.
