Maiden Lane, located off the eastern edge of Union Square is a narrow two-block-long street of fashionable shops. A century ago, it was infamous Morton Alley, home to many bordellos.  The Xanadu Gallery building (bottom picture) was designed by famed architect Frank Lloyd Wright.
