			Grant Avenue (once known as Dupont Street) is still home to many Chinese restaurants, although the “Chop Suey” signs has disappeared.  There is no such Chinese dish as “Chop Suey,” by the way.  It’s a term invented in New York City so that the tourists would know what to order.
