			THE OLD HALL OF JUSTICE In the days of Sam Spade, San Francisco's Hall of Justice stood alongside Portsmouth Square.  Old TV buffs may recognize this building from Raymond Burr's old cop series Ironside. Today, a high-rise hotel occupies the space.
