THE CLIFF HOUSE
As much a landmark as a restaurant, the Cliff House has long straddled the border between the Pacific Ocean and westernmost San Francisco. In the last 140-something years, there have actually been three* Cliff Houses. The third version has existed for nearly a century, and has undergone several drastic remodelings.
