In 1909, the Cliff House was rebuilt again, this time returning to a simpler design.  This is basically the same Cliff House that stands today, although it has been remodeled several times over the decades.

ANSWERS:

1) On the bottom card, "CLIFF HOUSE" is spelled out on the roof.

2) The ferry boats (and their wakes) are different.

3) The automobiles on the bottom card are of a newer design than the autos on the top card.
